TERMS & CONDiTIONS

Welcome to Spread Havik. If you’re signing up for an account, you’re stepping into our world. Read this, because it lays out how things work. By creating an account or using our site, you’re agreeing to play by these rules.

1. Accounts & Responsibility

  • You need to be a real human, not a bot, gremlin, or fake email farm.
  • Keep your login safe. What happens on your account is on you.
  • If you trash the place, break the law, or just act shady, we reserve the right to shut your account down.

2. What You Can & Can’t Do

  • Do: Use your account to shop, follow updates, and generally enjoy what we build.
  • Don’t: Spam, hack, or try to use Havik for anything sketchy.
  • Basically: Don’t be the reason we have to call a lawyer.

3. Content & Ownership

  • Everything we make (knives, content, branding) is ours. Don’t rip it off.
  • If you post or share stuff on our site, you own it—but you’re giving us permission to display, repost, or use it in ways that keep Havik running.

4. Orders, Payments & Refunds

Our knives are custom-crafted. See our Refund Policy for the nitty-gritty.

Payment processors may have their own rules. If something goes wrong on their end, we’ll help—but some things are out of our hands.

5. Liability (a.k.a. Don’t Sue Us for Dumb Stuff)

  • Use our products responsibly. If you decide to juggle knives or test edge sharpness with your thumb, that’s on you.
  • We’re not liable for damages that come from misuse, bad decisions, or ignoring the laws in your area.

6. Termination

  • We can suspend or delete your account at any time if you break the rules—or just because we need to. Don’t take it personally.

7. Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age in your location to purchase knives, to create an account, or buy from Spread Havik. By using our site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We can update these terms whenever we want. If it’s major, we’ll let you know. If it’s minor, check back here once in a while.

In short: Respect the rules, respect the craft, and you’ll be just fine.
